1. Download and install the Fax.Plus app
Head to the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices) on your phone and search for the Fax.Plus app. Download and install it on your phone.

2. Sign up or log in
Open the Fax.Plus app on your phone. Sign up for a new account if you don't have one, or log in to your existing account.

3. Enter recipient information
When you want to send a fax, simply go to the ‘Send Fax’ section and enter your recipient's fax number, including their area code, in the ‘To’ section. With Fax.Plus, you can add up to 500 recipients (just remember to check the number of pages you have).

4. Prepare the document to fax
Use the ‘Add File’ button to choose the document you want to fax from your phone. You can then select your camera to scan the document or select a document from your files or cloud storage and attach them to your fax.

5. Add a Cover Sheet
You can also add an optional cover sheet to your fax by using the ‘Add Text’ button and writing the contents of your cover sheet that you want to be added to your fax.

6. Send the fax
Once you’ve reviewed and edited the document, tap the ‘Send’ button.

7. Receive confirmation and track fax status
After sending the fax, you’ll receive a confirmation notification indicating whether the fax was successfully sent. You can also track the status of your fax in the app's "Sent" tab.
