Why Fax.Plus
You can send an accepted image file digitally through Fax.Plus. The recipient can receive it on a fax machine or through their fax service. You do not need to print your picture or have a physical fax machine yourself.
Fax.Plus offers a one-time allowance of 10 free sending pages after mobile-number verification through the web or mobile app. The allowance does not renew monthly and does not include receiving. Destination and transmission duration can affect page consumption. Some destinations require a paid plan, even if free pages remain. Email to Fax requires a paid plan.
A regular SMS or MMS message does not send your picture as a fax. Save the image to your phone, then attach it in the Fax.Plus app and send it to the recipient’s fax number. A mobile fax app sends a fax transmission rather than a text message.
You can upload a color image, but faxes sent to numbers outside Fax.Plus are transmitted in black and white. Color is supported when both sender and recipient use Fax.Plus. If color carries essential information, check the recipient’s requirements and whether fax is suitable for that image.

Detailed images can take longer to transmit than simple text pages. High Definition (HD) mode can also increase transmission time and page consumption. The receiving fax device and connection affect the result. Wait for the final status instead of assuming that pressing Send completes delivery.
