To initiate Email to fax, visit the Fax.Plus website and select a plan tailored to your business needs. Once you've chosen a plan, follow these steps:

Click on Compose, as if you're about to send an email.

In the To field, include the destination fax number along with the country and area code, followed by "@fax.plus". For example: “+16692001010@fax.plus”.

Any text entered in your email's Subject field will be added as a note in the Sent Faxes section of your dashboard for that specific fax. You have the option to leave this field blank if you prefer.

Attach the files you want to send as a fax. We support various formats, including PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PNG, JPG, RTF, and TIFF. If you would like to include a cover sheet, simply write the content of your cover sheet in the email. It will be treated as the first page of your faxes.

Click on Send. The delivery status will be sent to your email promptly.
