Fax.Plus turns any incoming or outgoing fax into structured, ready-to-use data, so you can read, copy, or feed it straight into your other tools. Two HIPAA-compliant AI features, AI Text Transcript and AI Data Extraction, work directly inside the document viewer: get a full OCR text transcript or extract key fields as structured key-value pairs in one click, without retyping or switching apps.

Both features are included in every Enterprise plan, with zero setup and no new tools to learn. Run them on demand from the document viewer, or let admins enable auto-run on inbound faxes so transcripts and structured data are ready the moment a fax arrives.
Run either feature on demand from the Alohi AI panel, then copy, edit, or download the results. Outputs are cached per fax, so you can reopen a document later without using additional AI Credits.
From your Fax.Plus inbox, select the fax you want to transcribe, and click the AI sparkle icon in the document viewer.
Choose AI Text Transcript from the Alohi AI panel. Fax.Plus produces a clean, searchable text version of the fax content, including printed text, typed documents, and mixed-format pages.
Read the text organized by sections like document, patient, or clinical information, then copy or download it as a .txt file for search, archiving, or downstream workflows.
Go to your Fax.Plus inbox, select the fax you want to process, and click the AI sparkle icon in the document viewer.
Choose AI Data Extraction from the Alohi AI panel. Fax.Plus identifies key fields automatically, or applies the custom fields you've defined for your document types.
Check the extracted key-value pairs, edit any field if needed, then copy or export them for direct use in EHR, EMR, CRM, billing, or other downstream systems.
Referrals and prior authorization requests arrive as unstructured fax images, often handwritten. AI Data Extraction reads printed and handwritten forms equally, and returns the fields your team needs without reading the full document.
