How to Fax From a Laptop Without a Fax Machine

1. Open Fax.Plus in your browser and sign in to your account.
2. Select Send Fax and upload the document from your laptop.
3. Enter the recipient fax number and review the pages you are sending.
4. Send the fax and track its delivery status from your dashboard.

Fax.Plus works over the internet on Windows 11 and Windows 10. You do not need Windows Fax and Scan, a fax modem, or a landline.

1. Open Fax.Plus in Safari, Chrome, or another browser on your Mac.
2. Sign in and select Send Fax from the dashboard.
3. Upload your document and enter the recipient fax number.
4. Send the fax and check its status online.

2. Create a new message in Gmail, Outlook, or your preferred email service.
3. Address the message using the fax-recipient format configured for your account and attach the documents.
4. Send the email and review the Fax.Plus delivery confirmation.

Email to Fax is available on paid plans. Send from the email address linked to your Fax.Plus account and address the message to the recipient's full fax number followed by @fax.plus (for example, +16692001010@fax.plus).

2. Sign in with your Fax.Plus account.
3. Open the extension and add the document you want to fax.
4. Enter the recipient fax number, send, and track delivery.
