Which route should I use?

1. Requesting a payoff on a Cooperative Unit (co-op) specifically: use the co-op payoff fax.
2. Authorizing a third party (agent, family member) to access your account information: use the authorization fax.
3. Anything else, standard payoff, insurance, or loss mitigation: use Chase's portal, phone, or upload center, there's no general fax.
