Which route should I use?

1. Match the fax to the exact purpose, insurance and tax documents don't share a number with mortgage assistance.
2. If you're filing a formal written dispute, don't search for a fax, it's mail-only to Pennymac's Correspondence Unit.
3. Never send a payment to any of these fax numbers or the correspondence address, Pennymac's own page explicitly warns against it.
