Banner Health does not publish one master fax number for standard hospital medical records. Most requests route through vendor MRO Corp's portal or phone, confirmed on Banner's own official pages. Which route should I use?

1. For a standard hospital stay at a core Arizona facility, use the MRO Corp portal or phone rather than searching for a fax.

3. Use the Western Region fallback fax only if your facility isn't listed with its own direct contact.
