Is fax still accepted at Accredo?

Accredo's official prescriber contact page confirms a general fax of 888-302-1028, with a separate Hawaii prescriber fax at 808-650-6487. Nothing on Accredo's site suggests fax is being phased out. Referral and enrollment forms, for example growth hormone forms, fax to the number printed on that specific form, such as 888-355-6682, rather than the general line. Accredo also promotes "MAP Fax Rx," a portal-tracked fax, and ePrescribe via EMR as faster options, presented alongside fax rather than replacing it.

Fax number(s) verified 2026-09-17. A separate CareContinuum-branded PA fax form lists 866-343-1880, a distinct legacy/affiliated program worth a caveat rather than Accredo's primary line.

What replaced fax at Accredo?

Nothing has replaced fax. Accredo actively promotes "MAP Fax Rx" (a portal-tracked fax) and ePrescribe via EMR as faster, trackable alternatives, but presents all channels as coequal rather than retiring fax.

Which route should I use?

1. Use the general prescriber fax for broad contact, but check whether a specific referral or enrollment form has its own printed fax number first.
2. Don't confuse the CareContinuum-branded fax with Accredo's own, they appear to be different programs.
3. Consider MAP Fax Rx if you want tracking on a fax you're already sending.
