Does TRICARE have a fax number?

It depends entirely on your region. TRICARE is administered by different regional contractors, and only the West Region confirms a general claims fax on its own official page.

Which route should I use?

1. Identify your TRICARE region first, West, East, or Overseas, they route completely differently.
2. West Region: fax your completed DD2642 to 877-989-0070.
3. East Region or Overseas: don't search for a general claims fax, use the Humana Military portal or the International SOS portal instead.
