Does Empower Retirement have a fax number?

Not for participants. Empower publishes no fax anywhere for individual account holders, confirmed across its contact and support pages. Two narrow fax routes exist, both aimed at plan sponsors and administrators rather than the people saving in the plans.

Which route should I use?

1. If you're a plan sponsor requesting Personal Strategy Center access: use 303-801-5228, but call first to confirm the number given the form's 2018 date.
2. If you're a plan sponsor correcting an account: use 866-569-5056.
3. If you're an individual participant: there is no fax for you, use the online account or the phone number on your statement.
