Come scansionare e inviare fax da una stampante?

Passo 1

Match Your Email

Assicurati che l'indirizzo email in uscita già impostato sul tuo dispositivo stampante all-in-one sia lo stesso del tuo nome utente Fax.Plus.

Passo 2

Scan Your Document

Apri il coperchio dello scanner, posiziona il documento che desideri inviare via fax e chiudi il coperchio dello scanner.

Passo 3

Select Email Option

Sul pannello di controllo della stampante, scegli l'opzione E-mail.

Passo 4

Enter Fax Number

Nel campo A, digita il numero di fax del destinatario (insieme al prefisso internazionale e al prefisso locale) seguito da @fax.plus (esempio: +16692001010@fax.plus).

Send and Confirm

Invia la tua email e il tuo documento scansionato verrà immediatamente inviato via fax al destinatario.

Come configurare Fax sulla stampante con Fax.Plus

Segui questi passaggi per connettere la tua stampante al tuo account Fax.Plus:

Nella scheda Generale, clicchi su Modifica che si trova nella casella Notifiche.

Accanto a E-mail, selezioni Modifica. Ora ha accesso alle impostazioni delle Notifiche e-mail.

Si assicuri che l'opzione Notifica fax ricevuto sia impostata su Attivata (notifica e allega fax al messaggio).

Attiva l'opzione Destinatari email multipli e includi l'indirizzo email univoco della tua stampante come uno dei destinatari.

Click on Confirm to save the modification. Every new fax received will be automatically forwarded to your printer’s email address and printed out, while encrypted copies will also be stored within your Faxes section on your Dashboard.
