What is the file type option?

You have the ability to choose the format of the document between PDF and TIFF, whether it is a fax you received in your email or in your FAX.PLUS Inbox.

1. Go to Profile and look for the My Fax tab

2. Click on Edit and look for the File Type field

3. Select the file format to the one you wish to automatically download your files into

4. Click on Save
