You can share contacts with the users of your corporate account via our web and mobile apps.
<span class="plan-specific">The Shared Contacts feature is only available on the Enterprise plan.</span>
<span class="info">Only the owner and administrators of the account can add, remove and edit the shared contacts.</span>
You can choose to add shared contacts manually.
1. Sign in to your <span class="rt-help a"; style="display:inline">FAX.PLUS account.</span>
2. Click on the Contacts tab.
3. Click on Shared, and then on Shared Contacts.
4. Click on the Add Shared Contact icon.
5. Enter the contact’s information:
6. Click on Confirm.

2. Click the Contacts tab, and then on Contacts.
3. Look for the contact you would like to share, and click the More (3-dot) icon next to them.
4. Select Add to Shared Contacts, and then click on Confirm.

2. Click the Contacts tab, and then on Contacts.
3. Select the contacts you would like to share, and press the Share icon on the grey row over your contacts.
Once done, the contact(s) will be added to the list of Shared Contacts, meaning it will be accessible to all the users of your corporate account.
<span class="info">If you cannot see the contacts tab at the bottom of the screen, go to your Profile, tap My Fax under General, and toggle Show Contacts Tab.</span>
1. Launch your FAX.PLUS app.
2. Click on the Contacts tab at the bottom of the screen, and then on the Shared Contacts icon.
3. Tap Shared Contacts.
4. Click the Add button (+).
5. Enter the contact’s information.

6. Click on Save.
Once done, the contact will be added to the list of Shared Contacts, meaning it will be accessible to all the users of your corporate account.

3. Look for the contact you would like to share, and tap them for a few seconds to display a menu.
4. Select Add to Shared Contacts, and then click Share on the pop-up box to confirm.
As soon as this is done, the contact will be added to the Shared Groups list, thus visible to your corporate members.
