How do I set up Automated User Provisioning on Okta?

To enable automated user provisioning on Okta, go through these simple steps:

1. Go to the Security section in your Admin Profile.
2. Scroll down to Company-Wide Settings. 
3. If you have not yet activated SSO, click on the Activate Single Sign-On button to open the configuration panel and follow the instructions here.
4. To initiate user provisioning, go to the second step in your Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration panel and copy the value of the SCIM token. You will need it for when you configure the Okta application later. 
5. Click on Done.
6. On your Okta dashboard, go to your Applications, and select FAX.PLUS. 
7. Click the Provisioning tab and click on Integration in Settings.
8. Select the Enable API integration check box.
9. Complete the API token field by pasting the SCIM token copied from the FAX.PLUS panel. Do not add spaces or other characters.
10. Click Save.
11. Go to the “To App” section and make sure the following features are active:

Create Users
Update User Attributes
Deactivate Users

12. Assign users to FAX.PLUS. See Assign applications to users.
