How can I edit my payment methods?

How can I edit my payment methods?

Your default payment method is used for plan renewals.

You can follow these instructions to either modify your default payment method or to edit your payment information.

<span class=“info”>If you have not yet defined a credit card or PayPal account on your FAX.PLUS account, you can check the following article: how to add a payment method.</span>

Changing your default payment method:

1. Go to your Profile, and look for the Payment Details box under the Plan & Billing tab

2. Next to Payment Method, click on the Manage button

3. Select the credit card you wish to set as default. Click on the More button to display the options

4. Select Set As Default

>> A new payment method has been set. When your subscription will be renewed (monthly or annually), the payment will be performed according to the default credit card.

Deleting a payment method:

1. Go to your Profile, and look for the Payment Details box under the Plan & Billing tab

2. Next to Payment Method, click on the Manage button

3. Select the credit card you wish to delete. Click on the More button to display the options

4. Select Delete

2. Under the PLAN & BILLING settings, tap to open the My Credit settings

3. Tap on Buy Credit to view the list of available payment methods

4. Find the payment method you would like to be set as default and tap on the 3-dot button next to it

5. Tap on the Set As Default option

Deleting a payment method:

1. Open the FAX.PLUS app and go to your Profile

2. Under the PLAN & BILLING settings, tap to open the My Credit settings

3. Tap on Buy Credit to view the list of available payment methods

4. Find the payment method you would like to delete and tap on the 3-dot button next to it

5. Tap on the Delete option
