Why do I get the ‘Insufficient Credit’ error message?

If your fax is stucked in your outbox with the message ‘Insufficient Credit’, that means that:

  • No page is remaining in your plan, and
  • You don’t have any extra credit on your account

In order to send your fax, you need to add some credit to your account, and go back to your outbox and select the resend option.
