How can I enable single sign-on (SSO)?

Single sign-on (SSO) is available to all the users of the Enterprise plan and enables the admin to add an extra layer of security across their account. FAX.PLUS SSO is compatible with any Identity Provider (IdP) that supports SAML 2.0, including Okta, OneLogin, Azure, Active Directory, and JumpCloud.

To enable SSO, you first need to configure your identity provider and then set up SAML SSO for FAX.PLUS. If you are an existing Enterprise user and wish to enable SSO across your account, please contact us.

Once SSO is enabled, team members can only access their FAX.PLUS account through their identity provider.
