How can I add an existing FAX.PLUS account as a user to my Business/Enterprise plan?

If a user already created a Free or any other individual account using the company email, they can simply change the email address associated with the already created account. In this way, the company address can be freed up and will become available to be added to the Business/Enterprise account.

To change the email address associated with a FAX.PLUS account, please go through the following steps:

1. Go to Profile and look for the My Info box
2. From the top right of the box, click on Edit
3. Next to the Email field, change your email address
4. Click on Save
