How can I disable a member?

Who can use this feature?

Available on Business and Enterprise plans.

Accessible to Owners and Admins on Web App.

Follow these steps to disable a member from your account:

  1. Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go to the Users section on your Dashboard.
  2. Find and select the member you want to disable.
  3. Click on More (⋮), followed by Disable User.
  4. A confirmation popup will be revealed.
  5. Click on Confirm.

    Note: Once confirmed, the member will not be able to login anymore and their faxes will be kept until the account’s Admin enables them again.

Note: If you no longer wish for the member to receive faxes through their Fax.Plus account or email, ensure that all assigned fax numbers are unassigned, restricting the member's access to their Fax.Plus account.
