How can I assign a fax number to a member in my team?

Who can use this feature?

Available on Business and Enterprise plans.

Accessible to Owners and Admins on Web App.

There are two different methods to assigning a fax number to a team member:

Method 1: Manage via Numbers‍

  1. Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go to the Numbers section on your Dashboard.
  2. Find the number you want to assign to a member, and click on More () followed by Manage Assignment.
  3. As prompted, choose a member from the popup Manage Assignment list, and proceed to assign the corresponding number to that member. An email will be sent to the designated member to notify them about the assigned number.


Method 2: Manage via Users

  1. Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go to the Users section on your Dashboard.
  2. Select the user you want to assign a number to, and click on More () button followed by Manage Numbers.
  3. Select a fax number from the popup list, and then click on Confirm to assign the selected number to the designated member. An email will be sent to the designated member to notify them about the assigned number.
