What is Automated User Provisioning?

Automated User provisioning is now available when you subscribe to the Enterprise plan and activate Single Sign-On (SSO). If you manually provisioned users before, you can now automatically sync them and mirror any changes you do in your external user directory to your FAX.PLUS corporate account.

We now support automated user provisioning using the System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) 2.0 version.

SCIM allows you to automatically integrate and edit the users you have set up via your identity provider (Azure, Okta, GSuite, OneLogin, etc.), for an easier setup that adheres to your business and compliance policies.
