What is the significance of adding a user through the identity provider (SSO)?

Who can use this feature?

Available on Enterprise plan.

Accessible to Owners and Admins on Web App.

An identity provider (IdP) is a service that stores and verifies user identity, and they often work with single sign-on (SSO) providers to authenticate users. SSO solves key problems for businesses by providing greater security and compliance.

To get started with Microsoft Azure, every member should sign up initially through https://myapplications.microsoft.com/, by clicking on Fax.Plus once, which will generate the link. Once the signup process is completed, each user will be seamlessly added to the Enterprise account.

In the case of identity providers with established SCIM connections (such as Okta), user synchronization to Fax.Plus will occur automatically.

Warning: After enabling SSO on your account, the option to individually invite new members via email through the Users section will no longer be available.
