I get an SPF check error when sending email to fax. How can I fix this?

When you send an email to FAX.PLUS to be faxed to your destination and get an email replied back to you from FAX.PLUS stating: "SPF check failed" or "SPF check for your domain returned no results" it means that your DNS server is missing a valid SPF record.

For security reasons, we only accept emails from domains that have defined a valid SPF record in their DNS.

You can check your SPF record here: https://app.dmarcanalyzer.com/dns/spf

To add an SPF record to your DNS you should contact your administrator or if you are the admin of your DNS you can find information on the web on how SPF records are set. Once you have set your SPF records, your emails should go through without an issue.
