How can I setup SSO on my account via OneLogin?

How can I setup SSO on my account via OneLogin?

To enable SSO on your FAX.PLUS account via OneLogin and let your members access FAX.PLUS from their OneLogin dashboard, make sure you are subscribed to the Enterprise plan and have admin access to both FAX.PLUS and OneLogin, and then:

Add FAX.PLUS App to OneLogin

1. On your OneLogin admin dashboard, go to Applications > Applications.

2. Click Add App, search for "SAML Test Connector" and from the filtered list click on the "SAML Test Connector (Advanced)" option.

3. Type "FAX.PLUS" as the Display Name and upload FAX.PLUS logos in the respective fields (Rectangular Icon - Square Icon).

4. Add an optional description and click Save on the top right side of the screen.

5. Click Configuration from the left sidebar and add the data as below:

6. Click Parameters from the left sidebar and add the First name and Last name with “firstname” and “lastname” as attributes. Make sure to check the "Include in SAML assertion" item when trying to add a new parameter.

7. Click SSO from the left sidebar and keep a copy of:

  • SAML 2.0 Endpoint (HTTP)
  • Issuer URL
  • X.509 Certificate (Click View Details to be able to view and copy the certificate)

Configure SAML 2.0 on FAX.PLUS

1. Go to the Security section in your Admin Profile.

2. Scroll down to Advanced.

3. Click on the Activate Single Sign-On button to open the configuration panel.

4. Fill in the Entity ID section with the Issuer URL provided.

5. Fill in the Single Sign-On URL section with the SAML 2.0 Endpoint (HTTP) provided.

6. Add the Base64 certificate text in the section X.509 Certificate.

7. Leave the "Only Allow SSO Login for Admin User" item unchecked if you wish to still be able to login via your FAX.PLUS username and password (only applies to the admin).

8. Click on Confirm.
