- Check the FAX.PLUS Status Page to see if there is a temporary issue. We have a team of 24/7 on-call developers who will review any issues immediately, and update the Status Page as soon as it is resolved.
- Refresh your browser, and attempt to perform the action again.
- Log out and back into your FAX.PLUS account, and attempt to perform the action again.
- To rule out caching issues, try logging into an Incognito tab and performing the action again.
- If possible, try using a different browser and performing the action again.
