How does the partner's portal work?

The partner's portal allows the verified affiliates to track the amount of earned commissions, request payment, view transactions and detailed reports, make changes to their profile, customize email notifications, and much more.

How can I refer clients to Alohi Suite products?

Each verified affiliate has a unique Referral ID (Affiliate display name or affiliate link) for each of Alohi Suite  products that must be used to refer new clients. For each user who signs up through your affiliate links, you may be eligible to earn commissions, if they make a purchase.

How can I review the list of transactions?

  1. In your Partner Portal Dashboard, find Reports > Commissions on the left side-bar.
  2. Click on Search to view the all-time list of transactions.
  3. You can use filters to get the list of transactions for a specific period, new sales, recurring sales, or other criteria.‍

How can I track the overall performance of my referred clients?


In the Quick Stats report, you can track the number of clicks, amount of sales, and earned commissions for your referred clients in desired time frames.

Follow these steps to track the performance of your partnership:

  1. In your Partner Portal Dashboard, find Reports on the left side-bar.
  2. Click on Quick Stats.
  3. Use available filters to customize the report based on your own criteria.
  4. Next, generate the report.
  5. You can view; click count, sale count, and commissions, in your selected time frame.

How can I modify my payout method?


Alohi affiliate program supports PayPal payments. We also support direct wire transfer payments for commissions exceeding $1,000 per month, which is only available for the partners approved by Alohi for an alternative means of payment.

Follow these steps to manage your payment details:

  1. In your Partner Portal, go to My Profile section on your Dashboard.
  2. Next, go to Payment Details.
  3. Choose the payment method: PayPal or Bank / Wire Transfer.
  4. Fill out the requested details, and click on Save.

How can I request a payout?


You can request a payment once the balance owed is greater than US$100.

Follow these steps to request a payment:

  1. In your Partner Portal Dashboard, find Reports > Payout to me on the left side-bar.
  2. Click on Request Payment to submit your request.
  3. Commission Fees will be paid within fifteen (15) business days after the close of each calendar month, for the Commission Fees earned during the preceding calendar month.

How can I manage email notifications?


By default, you will receive an email once a new sale is coming from one of your referred clients.

Follow these steps to change the email notification preferences for new sales and other events:

  1. In your Partner Portal, go to My Profile section on your Dashboard.
  2. Next, find the Email Notifications settings.
  3. Review available options and toggle on the events you wish to be notified of via email.
