How can I transfer the ownership of my account? (Enterprise)

If you are the owner of an Enterprise account, you can transfer ownership to an admin.

<span class="info">Once you transfer the ownership, you will become one of the account’s admins, and all your previously assigned fax numbers will be transferred to your new account.</span></span>

  1. Go to the Users section.
  2. Find the admin you wish to grant the ownership permissions to.
  3. Click on the 3-dots button, and click on the "Set as Owner" option.
  4. Confirm the process.

<span class="important">Before transferring the ownership to an admin, make sure the admin already verified their account with a phone number. The admin can verify their account by going to Profile, and scrolling down to the My Info section</span>
