The high-volume fax option is available in the Enterprise plan and allows the owner and admins to subscribe to a custom fax option and fax a higher volume of pages every month. The high-volume fax option is useful for corporates that need to send and receive more than 6,000 pages per month.
To subscribe to a custom fax option:
- Go to the Profile section and click on the Plan & Billing tab.
- In the Plan Details box, click on the Upgrade button next to the Remaining Pages option.
- Choose between "US and Canada" and "International" as the faxing destination.
- Choose the required number of pages you want to have per month.
- Choose the effective date and specify whether you want to apply the changes immediately or upon your next page reset date.
- Click on Proceed to make the payment and finalize your new subscription.
