How can I get a plan?

For Free users, follow the next steps:

1. Go to Profile, and look for the Plan Details box under the Plan & Billing tab.

2. Click on the Change Plan button to start getting a plan. You may also hit the Upgrade to receive faxes button from the Faxes menu to open this page.

3. Select the type of plan you want to subscribe to (Basic, Premium, ‌Business or Enterprise), as well as the duration of your plan (Monthly or Yearly).

4. Now choose the country along with the city you would like to get a fax number from.

If you select a country with no address verification required:

Select the fax number type. Compare the different number types.
Perform the payment.

>> Your number is immediately available

If you select a country with address verification required:

Select the fax number type. Compare the different number types.
Press the Upload Documents field and fill out your contact information and upload a billing address proof document (PDF, JPG and PNG formats allowed)

>> Your document will be verified and your number will be available within 48 hours

3. Choose the country as well as the city you wish to have a fax number from.

4. Tap on the Plan button to specify your plan type (Basic or Premium) and the duration (Monthly or Annually)
