My fax was sent successfully but the recipient did not receive it. Why?

The status of transmitted faxes in FAX.PLUS solely relies on responses it gets from the destination's fax machine. If your fax was transmitted successfully (as per the status mentioned in the FAX.PLUS notification or status in your Faxes tab) it means that your destination's fax machine has explicitly indicated that it has successfully received your fax.

If your destination is claiming that they haven't received your fax, there could be two issues:

1. You might be sending your fax to the wrong number. Please double check the country and area code you have entered for your number.
2. Depending on the technology (fax machine, fax modem, online fax, ...) that your destination is using it might take some time to print the fax out, or their machine might be out of paper/toner to print your fax.
