Most users prefer to store their faxes fully encrypted in FAX.PLUS. Aside from convenience and security, this would also allow you to perform searches in the Faxes section, either in your Inbox or in your Sent tab. You will be able to filter based on notes, dates, from or to fax number.However, if you wish to have your faxes only in your email and not FAX.PLUS, you can disable the stored faxes on FAX.PLUS by following these steps:
<span class=“warning”>If you disable your storage, all faxes received during the time the option was disabled won't be displayed again even if you re-enable the option later. Make sure to receive mail notifications for your faxes, or you won't be able to get them.</span>
1. Go to your Profile and look for the My Fax box (under the General tab)
2. From the top right of the box, click on Edit. Look for the Store Faxes in FAX.PLUS option.
>>Store Faxes in FAX.PLUS is active by default. You can decide to disable it if you do not want your faxes to be stored on FAX.PLUS anymore.
3. In the dropdown list, select Inactive if you want to disable the storage. Select Active if you want to re-enable it. Then click on Save.

3. If you want to disable the storage, tap on the Store Faxes in FAX.PLUS field. A confirmation message is displayed warning that the new faxes will not be displayed again in the Faxes tab. Select Deactivate if you want to confirm.
