What is the default caller ID and how can I change it? (Business & Enterprise)

Default caller ID is the fax number that is used for fax transmission for the users of Business and Enterprise plans who haven’t been assigned any fax number yet.

To change the default caller ID:

  1. Login to your FAX.PLUS account and find the Company Info box in the Profile section.
  2. Click on the Edit button in the Company Info box.
  3. Click on your current default caller ID, and choose your desired number from the list of available caller IDs.
  4. Click on Save to save the modification.

Only account’s administrator can perform this operation.
