How can I send a fax to multiple numbers with a variable text or title?

To send a single fax to multiple numbers but with different titles and text, you can use an email marketing service, such as MailChimp and transmit your fax utilizing the email to fax feature. Follow these instructions to send a fax to multiple numbers with a dynamic content:

For this tutorial we are using MailChimp, but you can use any other email service provider as long as it supports adding dynamic content to the email template

  1. Log in to your MailChimp account and go to the List section
  2. Create a new list and add new contacts to your list (Your faxes will be sent to this list)

For the destination’s email address, write the destination’s fax number (along with the country and area code) followed by @fax.plus
    Example: [email protected]

  3. Once you are done with adding contacts to your list, go to the Campaign section to design your template.
  4. When designing your template, pay attention to the following points:
    • Make sure you are sending the email from the email address you have registered on FAX.PLUS, you have enough FAX.PLUS credit to send your fax and you have enabled email to fax feature in your FAX.PLUS profile.
    • The subject of the email will be used as a reference note for that fax and saved in your Sent tab under your Faxes.
    • Use Conditional merge tag blocks (such as *|FNAME|* or *|LNAME|*) to personalize the content of your template
  5. Run your campaign and your personalized template will be faxed to the specified recipients.
