How to assign multiple numbers to the Admin (Business & Enterprise)

In Business and Enterprise plans, the entire fax numbers are assigned to the Administrator by default.

To assign/unassign one or multiple numbers to a FAX.PLUS account admin:

  1. Login to your FAX.PLUS account as the admin and go to the Numbers section.
  2. Find the fax number you wish to assign to yourself (or remove from the list of assigned numbers).
  3. Click on the 3-dot button next to the fax number’s row, followed by Manage Assignment item.
  4. Your name appears at the top of the list. Toggle it on or off to assign that specific number to yourself or remove it from the list of assigned numbers.
