In Business and Enterprise plans, the entire fax numbers are assigned to the Administrator by default.
To assign/unassign one or multiple numbers to a FAX.PLUS account admin:
- Login to your FAX.PLUS account as the admin and go to the Numbers section.
- Find the fax number you wish to assign to yourself (or remove from the list of assigned numbers).
- Click on the 3-dot button next to the fax number’s row, followed by Manage Assignment item.
- Your name appears at the top of the list. Toggle it on or off to assign that specific number to yourself or remove it from the list of assigned numbers.
