How can I downgrade my plan?

If you wish to downgrade your current paid plan, sign in to your FAX.PLUS account and:

  1. In the Profile section, go to the Plan & Billing tab.
  2. Under the Plan Details box, click on the Change Plan button.
  3. In the Change Plan modal, click on the Plan and choose the plan you wish to downgrade to.

Based on the type of your current plan and its duration (monthly or annual), you may not be able to downgrade your plan to certain plans.

Can I downgrade my plan from Enterprise?
Due to the advanced security features and additional integrations included with the Enterprise plan, it is not possible to downgrade to another multi-user plan (Business) or individual plan (Basic and Premium) and maintain the same dedicated fax numbers.
