If you wish to downgrade your current paid plan, sign in to your FAX.PLUS account and:
- In the Profile section, go to the Plan & Billing tab.
- Under the Plan Details box, click on the Change Plan button.
- In the Change Plan modal, click on the Plan and choose the plan you wish to downgrade to.
Can I downgrade my plan from Enterprise?
Due to the advanced security features and additional integrations included with the Enterprise plan, it is not possible to downgrade to another multi-user plan (Business) or individual plan (Basic and Premium) and maintain the same dedicated fax numbers.
