When trying to send a fax from email, by default, the body of the email is perceived as a cover sheet and will be transmitted as the first page of your fax.
If your corporate email automatically adds your signature or a disclaimer at the bottom of your email, and you do not wish to fax the content of the email as the cover page, you can simply disable this feature (sending email content as cover page) by signing in to your account and:
- Go to the Profile section and click on the General tab
- In the Email to Fax box, click Edit and toggle off the Include Email Content in Fax item
- Click on Save and the status of the Include Email Content in Fax should be Inactive now.
