How can I change my default currency?

Based on the phone number you verify your FAX.PLUS account with, a default currency is set on your profile once you signup. We currently support US Dollar, Euro, Swiss Franc, and British Pound (Pound Sterling) currencies and if your card/bank automatically supports currency conversions, you can also pay with other currencies as well (so you would pay the equivalent of $5 in your local currency based on your bank’s exchange rate policies).

To change your default currency and use it for all your future purchases including recurring payments, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the FAX.PLUS and login to your account
  2. Go to the Plans & Billing tab in the Profile section
  3. Under the Payment Details settings, click on the View and Modify button next to the Default Currency option
  4. Change your default currency to USD, EUR, CHF, or GBP
  5. Click on the Save button
