How can I assign a quota of pages to a user? (Business & Enterprise)

A quota can be set to users in order to restrict their fax consumption.

By default, the quota is set to the maximum page the Corporate Account has, but if you want to limit your users, you can define yourself the quota per user. If the quota is reached, user won’t be able to send or receive faxes, but you can always edit the quota later.

Administrator panel is not available on mobile devices yet. Go to FAX.PLUS and perform the following steps.

1. Login to your Corporate Administrator account

2. Go to the Users tab and select the user you want to define a quota to. User must not be a pending user. Click on the More button followed by the Modify User Info.

3. Edit the Monthly Quota field to whatever you wish (in our example, it will be 100) then click on Confirm
