How can I add a note to my fax?

Adding notes to your faxes can help you be fully organized and find certain faxes easier in the future.

The added note is for your own reference only and won’t be faxed along with the other documents. You can find your notes in the Note column in the sent faxes tab. If you wish to actually fax a specific note, you can add a cover page to your fax.

You can either add a note while sending a fax or add notes to your already sent and received faxes.

How can I add a note while sending a fax? In the Send Fax section, simply click on the Add Notes button, type your message, and click on Confirm.

How can I add a note to my previously sent and received faxes?

1. In your Faxes section, scroll down to the fax you would like to add a note to

2. Click on the more button followed by the Add Note

3. Add some text so that you can add a note

4. Click on Confirm

3. Add some text in the box so that you can add a note

4. Click on OK
