How can I add a contact to my contact list?

You have the option to manually add contacts or import multiple contacts simultaneously.

Follow these steps to manually add a contact: 

  1. Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go to the Contacts section on your Dashboard.
  2. Click on Add Contact add-user.png.
  3. Enter your contact's details:
    • Name.
    • Fax Number (this is mandatory). If your contact's fax number is a telefax, scroll down and select ON for the This is a telefax number toggle under the arrow for More.
    • Groups. If needed, learn how to create contact groups in this article here.
    • Note (optional)
    • Email
    • Phone Number
  4. Click on Confirm. Your contact will now be added to your contact list on your account. You can organize your Contacts in ascending or descending order using the following fields by clicking on the corresponding title:
    • Name
    • Fax Number
    • Note
