Once you set up Single Sign-On (SSO), users can only log in using SSO and they will no longer be able to use their previously set password.
Automated User provisioning is now available when you subscribe to the Enterprise plan and activate Single Sign-On (SSO). If you manually provisioned users before, you can now automatically sync them and mirror any changes you do in your external user directory to your FAX.PLUS corporate account.
Once SSO is enabled on your account, you can no longer invite new members via email one by one through the Users section.
If a user already created a Free or any other individual account using the company email, they can simply change the email address associated with the already created account.
