How can I remove a member from my team?

Who can use this feature?

Available on Business and Enterprise plans.

Accessible to Owners and Admins on Web App.

Follow these steps to disable a user in your account:

  1. Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go to the Users section on your Dashboard.
  2. Click on More (), followed by Remove User.
  3. A confirmation popup will be displayed. Click on Confirm.

    Note: Once confirmed, the member will not be able to login anymore and their faxes will be deleted.
