Within the tab for Sent faxes:
When a fax fails to send successfully, a red dot will appear next to it, indicating an unsuccessful transmission. This means that the intended recipient did not receive the sent fax. To understand common issues and preventive measures, please click here.
Within the tab for Inbox:
If you see a red dot in your inbox, it means you have received that fax partially and there were more pages in the fax that was meant to be sent to you. You need to ask the sender to resend their fax for complete reception.
