How can I update my existing payment method?

Your default payment method is used for plan renewals. You can easily adjust your default payment method or update your existing payment details.

How to change your default payment method?

  1. Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go the Profile section on your Dashboard.
  2. Under the tab for Plan & Billing, find the box for Payment Details.
  3. Next to Payment Method, click on Manage.
  4. Select the credit card you wish to set as default. Click on More (⋮), to display options.
  5. Select Set as Default. Once your subscription is renewed (monthly or annually), the payment will be automatically processed using the default credit card on file.

How to delete a payment method?

  1. Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go the Profile section on your Dashboard.
  2. Under the tab for Plan & Billing, find the box for Payment Details.
  3. Next to Payment Method, click on Manage.
  4. Select the credit card you wish to set as default. Click on More (⋮), to display options.
  5. Select Delete.

Note: It's important to maintain at least one valid payment method on record. If you wish to remove a previously used payment method, you'll need to add a new valid payment method as a replacement.
