Follow these steps to access your payment history:
Fax.Plus
- Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go the Profile section on your Dashboard.
- Find the tab for Plan & Billing, and look for Credit settings (Company Credit settings for Business or Enterprise plans).
- Next, go to Payment History, and click on View History.
Sign.Plus
Note: The steps below are not available on Sign.Plus mobile.
- Launch the Fax.Plus app.
- Tap on Profile, and tap on My Credit.
- Select Payment History.
