How can I block incoming faxes from anonymous senders?

Within your Fax.Plus Web application, you have the option to block incoming faxes from anonymous senders.

Note:  By activating this feature, faxes originating from anonymous sources or those with empty caller IDs will be automatically rejected.

Follow these steps to block incoming faxes from anonymous senders:

  1. Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go to the Contacts section on your dashboard.
  2. Navigate to your Blacklist.
  3. Click on the icon for Anonymous Senders.

  4. Toggle a switch to enable blocking faxes from anonymous senders.

  5. Click on Confirm.
