How to edit, sign, and fax documents online?

Say you have applied for a job and the company has sent you an applicant’s form by fax via internet. You need to fill out the form, sign the document and fax it back. Assuming you are already using the Fax.Plus online faxing services, you just need to do as follows to edit, sign and fax documents online:

1. Open the Fax.Plus app on your Android or iOS device.

2. Go to your Faxes tab and select the fax you want to sign by clicking on the fax number (either in the Inbox or Sent tab).

3. Press the Sign icon to enter the sign mode. You can choose to sign your document by adding:

• A Checkmark, by clicking on the checkmark icon displayed on the bottom of the screen.
• A handwritten signature, by clicking on the Signature icon displayed at the bottom of the screen.

4. Resize the chosen signature and place it wherever you want in the document.

5. You can now decide to Share or Forward the signed fax by pressing the option.
